These tables provide data about Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs), their linked CRM deals, and visitor engagement. Sample links request up to 10 results. Full-data links omit that sample limit but remain subject to data limits and pagination requirements. For the attributes in each table, see the Reporting API metadata sheet.

Notes

Section titled “Notes”
  • Asterisk (*): For an update frequency marked with an asterisk, it may take up to 24 hours for data updates to appear.
  • Double asterisk (**): Tables marked with a double asterisk are not enabled by default. Contact Mindtickle Support to enable a particular table for your learning site. The rest of the tables are enabled by default.
  • Download links: Sample links request up to 10 results. Full-data links remain subject to the table’s data limits; use pagination for larger exports.
  • Timestamps: For fields with a timestamp (date and time) across the Reporting API tables, the value is in the GMT time zone.
  • Service root URL: The Reporting API has two service root URLs to query and extract data. The download links on this page reference the default URL. Ensure that you are using the correct, applicable URL.
